Pet Portal is free forever and that will not change. Our business model does not depend on charging pet owners. Development is funded by our separate ERP product for businesses and by optional donations from users who want to support the project. We have zero plans to introduce paid tiers.
How do you make money if the app is free?
The team behind Pet Portal also builds Plug N Play ERP, a paid business management platform for service companies. Revenue from that product covers server costs, development time, and infrastructure for Pet Portal. Optional donations from generous users help too, but they are never required.
Will you sell my data or show me ads to make up for the free price?
Absolutely not. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your animal records with third parties. Your pet profiles, health records, and farm data belong to you. You can export or delete everything at any time. Our privacy policy spells this out clearly.
